Privacy

This notice explains what Westroe Construction LLC ("Westroe", "we") collects through westroeconstruction.com and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the bid request or careers form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number and the details you give about your project or experience.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply to you, prepare a bid, consider you for work with us, and keep a record of our conversation. Requests are emailed to our office inbox so our team can follow up. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

• Vercel hosts the website and provides our page-view statistics.
• Resend delivers form submissions to our email inbox.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is being sent by a person and not a spam program. To do that it may process signals from your browser and your IP address.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google to load them.

These providers handle data only as needed to provide their services. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Cookies and statistics

We do not use advertising cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views; it does not use cookies and does not identify you. The site also stores one small setting in your browser for the current visit so the opening logo animation plays only once. It is cleared when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions in our email and project records for as long as we need them for the request, our business records, or legal reasons, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@westroeconstruction.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Website terms

By using this website you agree to these terms.

• General information only. The content on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not professional, engineering, design or legal advice for your project.
• No offer or contract. Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work at a particular price or on a particular schedule. Sending a request does not create a contract. Any bid, estimate, price or schedule is binding only when it is set out in a written agreement signed by both you and Westroe Construction LLC.
• Every project is different. Scope, cost and timing depend on the site, the plans, permits, materials and other conditions. Results shown on this site are not a promise of the same result on another project.
• Accuracy. We try to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may change without notice.
• Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Westroe Construction LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Warranties for construction work are only those stated in your signed contract.
• Our content. The text, photos and logo on this site belong to Westroe Construction LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
• Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Photos and trademarks

Photos on this site show projects Westroe Construction has worked on. Many projects are built together with subcontractors, suppliers and other trades, and some photos show work in progress.

Business and place names identify where the work was done. They do not mean that the business or owner endorses Westroe. Brand names and logos that appear in photos, such as on equipment or materials, are the trademarks of their owners and appear only because they were on the job.

License

Westroe Construction LLC holds North Carolina general contractor license #105268. You can look up the license with the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors.
