For Shane, building has always been personal.
He began working in carpentry as a teenager, learning firsthand what it means to take pride in craftsmanship, problem-solve on the fly, and see a project through from start to finish. That early hands-on experience shaped the way he approaches every project today.

A Cornell University graduate in Real Estate Development, Shane brings more than 20 years of experience across the construction industry. His career has evolved from working in the field to serving as a project executive on complex, large-scale developments—giving him a unique perspective that bridges vision, execution, and leadership.

Shane is drawn to challenging projects that require creativity, precision, and thoughtful planning. He believes strong relationships are just as important as strong builds, and he takes pride in working closely with clients every step of the way. Whether he’s on site performing the work or overseeing operations, Shane remains deeply involved—because to him, the best projects are built with care, collaboration, and accountability.
